Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ONEORVE PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes refunds for purchases made on ONEORVE MarketPlace (m.oneorve.com). This policy is designed to comply with Singaporean consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Non-Delivery: If the product is not delivered within the promised timeframe.

  • Cancellation: If the order is canceled before it is shipped.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

  • Perishable or customized items, unless defective.

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing connect@oneorve.com or using the contact form on our website. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.

  2. Return the Product: If required, return the product in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  3. Inspection: We will inspect the returned product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a store credit or use an alternative method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Only part of the order is defective or incorrect.

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Digital downloads or subscription services.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or the Small Claims Tribunal for resolution.
